1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Besides classic cookies, we also use similar browser technologies — localStorage and sessionStorage — which work in a similar way: they hold small pieces of data directly on your device. For simplicity, we refer to all of them as "cookies" below.
2. Cookie categories
We divide cookies into three categories. Necessary ones are always on, because the site and chat can't work without them. Analytics and marketing cookies are enabled only with your consent. Until then they stay inactive.
Necessary — always on
These keep the site and chat running (holding the conversation, saved settings, recording your consent choice). Their legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the site; they don't require consent.
Analytics
Anonymously measure traffic: which pages you're interested in and where to improve the site. Activated only with your consent.
Marketing
Measure the reach of ad campaigns and help target relevant messages. Activated only with your consent.
3. Necessary site cookies
These are the specific technical items the site stores so the chat and your choices work:

Analytics and marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager) only load once you consent. Until then the site doesn't store any measurement cookies. Consent is managed using Google Consent Mode v2.
4. How to change your consent
You can change your decision at any time, reopens the bar with category choices. Stored cookies can also be deleted anytime in your browser settings; however, the necessary technical storage the chat uses is required for it to work.
